    • Transmission Taking to Much time 9pm Monday night.

      • Need to make sure transmission times can complete within 1hr

    • Added new prd Header Field « Not Transmittable to the State »

      • Made sure that forms that do not get transmitted where not processed in other places (causing slow down)

    • Parking Tickets

    • Alcohol forms – only Blood draw, notice intent to revoke and 24 Out of Service transmit.

    • On 6am time—we now include all citation types not just DA routed.

    • Time increased from 30 seconds to 7 minutes

    • Form increase from average of 3 to 75

    • Reducing the 9am time

    • Added 1:30 pm time

    • Citations only, reduced the number of forms for 9pm by 50% or more

      • Now have 4 transmissions per day

      • 6am, 9am, 1:30pm, 9pm

    June 2023 Pack testing and release:

    • 2nd package

    • This Friday, final package and test that package

    • June 2nd decides go/no go

    • Most likely released June 5th.
       

  • April 28th -     Create the 1st package

    • May 1st - Start testing

    • May 10th - Stop testing

    • May 12th-  Check for critical fixes, fix and repackage

    • May 12th -         Create the 2nd package

    • May 15th- Start testing

    • May 24th-  Stop testing

    • May 26th- Check for critical fixes, fix and repackage

    • May 26th -      Final packaging for update

    • June 2nd -       Go / No Go decision to release pack

    • June  5th -       Release software to all agencies

  • Update servers to be upgraded getting ready for new baseline

    • Need to work with DOT and Dept of Administration

    • Need 2019 operating system, should be getting 2022

    • Will send out email when it is in the process of updating

  • Academy Training System – Pilot this summer release this Fall

    • Data will be wiped after a period of time

    • Instructor will be able to see everyone's work from their own machine

    • Adding collection information – this will have to be carefully implemented to be sure that ONLY accurate data is included.

    • Results back to agencies – This will be a significant effort that will require a lot of coordination between all stakeholders
