Used Machine Numbers Report

Purpose: Listing of Machine numbers used on forms throughout TraCS by the TraCS Agency Number. This report is found in the Tools Ribbon, Maintenance menu.

Audience:  Managers/Supervisors/TraCS Administrators and Department Of Transportation.

Needed Access rights: ‘Supervisor’  & ‘SystemAdmin’

 

Parameters

  • It will only pull information from your agency if you are in a multi agency environment

  • Need to have System Admin or Supervisor privileges.

To run this report

  • In TraCS 10 Click Search,

  • Open Tools Ribbon

  • Choose Maintenance, choose Used Machine Numbers

  • The report will generate.

  • The report will open, if you get the result below you are good to go.
