Planning and Disaster Recovery
Implementing TraCS in your agency is a large and complex undertaking. Having a good implementation plan will make the process run smoothly. In addition to encompassing hardware and software considerations, your plan must also consider the impact of TraCS on workflows and office procedures. Also, do not forget Disaster Recovery.
Make sure you have read and implemented tasks 2.1-2.7 below so that you are prepared for the worst!
