Checking Equipment In
To check equipment in:
In TraCS 10
Navigate to the Equipment ribbon Click the Check Out Button.
A new equipment inventory form will open.
Enter a current serial number using the Master Index button (Note: When Checking in equipment always use the Master index to find the correct piece of equipment)
Tab to Serial number field
Click Master Index in the databar.
Choose
,
and any other choices used to make your search for equipment easier.
Click Search
Highlight equipment to check in and click Apply
The equipment Action of Check In will auto-fill and all the information on the piece of equipment will be auto filled.
Enter a check in Date
Enter the Location the equipment is being stored.
Click Validate
Click OK
The equipment is now checked back in.
