Checking Equipment In

Checking Equipment In

To check equipment in:

  1. In TraCS 10

  2. Navigate to the Equipment ribbon Click the Check Out Button.

  3. A new equipment inventory form will open.

  4. Enter a current serial number using the Master Index button (Note: When Checking in equipment always use the Master index to find the correct piece of equipment)

    1. Tab to Serial number field

    2. Click Master Index in the databar.

    3. Choose

      ,

      and any other choices used to make your search for equipment easier.

    4. Click Search

    5. Highlight equipment to check in and click Apply

    6. The equipment Action of Check In will auto-fill and all the information on the piece of equipment will be auto filled.

  5. Enter a check in Date

  6. Enter the Location the equipment is being stored.

  7. Click Validate

  8. Click OK

  9. The equipment is now checked back in.
