Court Disposition Status

Court Disposition Status (Optional)

If your law enforcement agencies keep track whether a citation transmit to court or DA has been declined or withdrawn, TraCS has a way to record that in a log and report. Once a citation has been transmitted the form status says Transmitted. The DA or Court may notify you that a citation has been declined or withdrawn. After notification, highlight the citation while in Forms Manager and click the Court Disposition Status button. You will be given two choices to select from (Declined or Withdrawn) followed by a box to enter a reason.

  1. Highlight the Transmitted citation while in Forms Manager.

  2. Click the Court Disposition Status button located on the Home tab.
