Managing ELCI Citation Numbers
Citation numbers for the TraCS version of the Uniform Traffic Citation, ELCI, are managed through TraCS.
Each Mobile and, typically, Office computers have specific ranges or banks of citation numbers assigned to them. Each time a new ELCI form is opened in TraCS a citation number is pulled from the bank and placed on the form. Eventually the bank of citation numbers on the Mobile (or Office) will run low. At that time, the user will begin receiving warning messages about the citation numbers running low.
You will then need to install a new bank of citation numbers on the machine.
