If you need to send a form back to the Mobile user, you should reject it. 

  • Select the form in the Forms Manager or Form Viewer.

  • Click the Reject  button.  A pop-up box will appear asking for a reason for the rejection. 

  • Enter the reason.  The popup box spell checks the reason which can be seen in the following example.

 

  • Click OK

  • If needed Start shift the form out to the mobile computer.

The field officer will see the rejection reason. To view the rejection reason

  • Select the form in the Forms Manager or Forms Viewer.

  • Click the Reject Reason button located on the View ribbon menu.  A pop-up box like the following will appear. 

 

  • Click OK

 

If a form cannot be rejected, one of the following error messages will appear.

Crash suite, Citizen Contact, Driver Condition,  Alcohol and Influence

 

 

Or Citation Suite and Warning form

 

NOTE: the only way to remove a rejected status is to press the Clear button.
