Server Maintenance BTHE

DSP TraCS Staff will need to restart the servers monthly to maintain optimum performance. THIS WILL NOT IMPACT LAW ENFORCEMENT'S ABILITY TO USE TRACS OR ACCESS THEIR DATA.

• Every Sunday at 5PM, the transmission server will be restarted.

• When IT needs to update servers they will complete the updates in the early morning and minimize downtime.

• Database server update will use the database failover so database function is not interrupted.
