Locking Forms

The Hosted Environment utilizes Web services where forms can be automatically locked and unlocked, ensuring individuals do not edit a form at the same time.  Occasionally the locks do not release properly which can cause issues with viewing or more importantly transmitting a form. If a form is locked but in Accepted status, the form will not transmit, nor will it export to an RMS. Below outlines how to view, lock, and unlock forms.
