We have almost 400 agencies in the Hosted Environment and the more forms that are in the current database, the slower the system will work.  This affects the forms manager, transmitting and especially searching for forms. 

• When you are done with a form and it is no longer active, please archive it. 

• All archived forms can be viewed if you need to look something up, they can also be found in the master index.

• All ELCI Number Inventory forms should be archived except for form with the status of Inventoried.  Inventoried forms are still active until the status changes to depleted.

• Please don’t keep inactive forms in the current system. If a form is older that 6 months, please review and archive if no longer active.

• The TraCS Unit implemented Auto-Archiving that happens in the evening

  • All voided citations get archived as soon as possible

  • All forms not on Hold are archived if older than 6 months.

  • Occurs at 1:30AM
