Viewing Locked Status of Forms Search

Locked forms can be seen in multiple ways.

Viewing a locked status in the Form Manager Grid

There are 3 columns in the grid we use to view the locked status of a form. Everyone that logs into TraCS can view the locked status of a form. They have access to whether they can make changes to the locked status or not.  

  1. Open TraCS Forms Manager 

  2. Right Click on any column in the grid to see the menu

  3.  Click Column Chooser 

  4. Drag and drop the below Column Names into the Grid (If you don’t see these fields in the Column Chooser, they are probably already on your grid.) 

    1. Is Locked 

    2. Locked Computer  

    3. Locked By

  5. Now you can see if the form is locked, who locked it and the computer that has locked it.

Search Box Custom Tab

You can also create searches for locked forms.  

  1. Open TraCS Forms Manager 

  2. Choose your Location in the Form Tab

  3. Select the Custom Tab 

  4. Choose Only Locked Forms in the Custom Tab

  5. Click Search 

  6. You can save this as a favorite Search
