Locking Forms Manually 

NOTE: This functionality does not work in web clients it only works on office machines. Please use the Hold function released in Fall 2023

You can lock forms manually, but we don’t advise you to do this. It will block functions from being performed on the form.  

  1. Open TraCS Forms Manager 

  2. Highlight the form(s) you want to lock 

  3. Click Lock  in the Tools Ribbon

NOTE: if you lock a form Manually, you will need to unlock it manually.
