Form Hold

Form Hold

NOTE: this is a new feature in Fall of 2023. If you have not updated to the 2023 Fall pack, please make sure to follow these instructions: Additional Install Instructions For Fall 2023

An additional secondary status of ‘hold’ is available in the Forms Manager. This ‘hold’ status is used to ensure forms are not transmitted before a certain action is performed. There is an additional table that is required to be filled out by the agency. Table: Hold Reasons This is what you will see in the grid with the Hold Options specific to your agency.

NOTE: This feature only works on Office and Web Client Machines, and only for supervisors or system administrative personnel.
