Fixing a Rejected Form


To remove the rejection from the form, view the message and fix the issue. How to reject a form is found in the Office Guide.

The field officer will need to see the rejection reason. To view the rejection reason

  1. Select the form in the Forms Manager.

  2. Click the Show Rejection Reason button located on the View ribbon menu.  

  3. A pop-up box like the following will appear. 

  4. Click OK

There are 2 ways of clearing the rejected form. 


Using the Clear Button 

For forms you do not wish to fix and plan to archive or void.

  1. Select the form in the Forms Manager

  2. Click the Clear Status button in the Home Ribbon

  3. Void citations

  4. For voided forms please Transmit

  5. Archive


Editing the form

To automatically fix the issue with the form. 

  1. Open the Form in the Forms Viewer.

  2. Click the Edit Form button in the Home Ribbon

  3. You will get the following popup message.

    2. Read the message

    3. Click OK

  4. The form is in edit mode, the rejection reason has been removed and the status of rejected has been changed to the following based on the form disposition.

    1. Issued

    2. Voided

    3. Open

  5. Fix the issue

  6. Validate the form

  7. Transmit the form.
