Resetting the Activity Timer in MACH(LED)
In the MACH CAD system, there is a timer set to 60 minutes for inactivity by field personnel. When the timer reaches 60 minutes, the dispatcher is given a notification that the field personnel has had no activity within the last 60 minutes.
This timer can be reset at any time by the field personnel with certain activity. Any user-initiated interaction with the MACH server will constitute activity. This includes:
Logging in
Changing Password
Creating a Session (Chat, Alert, Instant Message, Bot Request, etc)
Sending a message to an ongoing Session
Opening/Closing a Session Screen from the Communication Panel
Creating a CFS/Self-Dispatch
Updating a CFS (Arrive/EnRoute/Cleared status, adding a Dispatch Note, adding/editing a CFS Resource, etc.)
Changing Status (Main, Sub Status, Transport, Status Description) - an actual change must take place. Simply re-selecting the same Main Status, Sub Status, Transport or Status Description will not reset the Activity Timer.
Updating Buddy List or Map List
Creating/Updating a Dynamic Marker
Pulling a Session/CFS from History
Downloading a TraCS form via the TraCS Bot
Additionally, actions performed on the user's behalf will constitute activity. Things like:
A dispatcher updates the user's CFS Status (Arrived, En Route, Cleared, etc.)
A dispatcher updates the user's status (Main, Sub Status, Transport, Status Description)
