Updating a User's Status on a CFS (LED)

Officers who have been assigned CFS's can have their status updated by the LED.

Statuses:

= Acknowledged

 

= En route

 

= On Scene

 

= Cleared

 

= Removed

 

Removed is basically taking the unit off the call all together.  All statuses for that unit will be removed. Cleared is to be used on most occasions. 

  • An LED can change a user's status on the CFS Screen 

  • An LED can also change users statuses from the CFS Summary Screen

  • Officers are able to change their statuses on MACH from their screen as well.
