Editing the Tags Field
NOTE This feature will be available in the March 2024 WIPack
The tags field can be edited on any form in the correct status as other fields can be edited. We added a new feature for the tags field to be edited in any status except archived outside the regular procedure.

To edit the tags field
In the TraCS Forms Manager (or Forms Viewer)
Highlight the form where you need to modify the tags field
Only one form at a time can be edited.
Click the Update Form Tag button on the Home ribbon
A message box with the available tags for the form will appear.
The list defaults to what the form tag field is currently.
Make the necessary changes
Clicking the Clear Button will clear the field and make it blank on the form.
Cancel will exit the process flow
Clicking OK will make the desired changes
Click OK at the confirmation message.
The Tags field will contain the new values.
Error message received
This feature only works on one form at a time
Because of how the Form Tags Table and field works you can only change the form tags field of one form at a time.
the form defaults the current value
Agencies can have different tags for different types of forms
This form as been archived and cannot be edited at this time
You can only Print and view forms in archive. Editing any thing is impossible.
