Transfer Form Ownership

Forms are ‘owned’ by a specific user, but that ownership can be transferred. In the next section you will be shown how to start shift a form back to an officer. The start shift process will automatically send the form back to the form’s ‘owner’. If you need to send the form to a different officer, you can transfer the form to that individual.

To transfer the form

  1. In TraCS 10

  2. Highlight the form

  3. Click Transfer Form in the Home Ribbon

  4. Choose user

    1. Click OK

  5. You will see the following confirmation

  6. Click OK

  7. Notice the User ID in the form grid has changed
