Common Information

You can share field information between forms, forms containing common data fields can be imported into another form.  There are three methods:

Add New

Add New is pressed when all the information on the imported form will be the same except the violator/individual.  Example:  Underage drinking house party

Replicate

Replicate is pressed when all the information on the imported form will be the same except the violation.  Example:  Same subject issued Speeding and Seatbelt citations

Citations

Citations can be imported into the Alcohol form by clicking the Citations button which is under the clear button.  If you don’t see the citations button, make sure the UTC Number field is highlight in the Alcohol form.
