Arrest Form

The Arrest Form was developed to contain all reports necessary for an arrest. Currently the only printable report is the Probable Cause Statement. The Arrest Form can be opened by replicating an NTC or ELCI to the Arrest form.

Each Arrest form contains one Document group. The fields within the group are shown in the figure below.

Each Arrest form contains one Driver information group. The fields within the group are shown in the figure below. Do not include dashes when entering the Driver License Number. While in the Last Name field, click the External Search button (if configured) to populate the databar then highlight individual. The following fields are optional: Race, Hair Color, Eye Color, Driver License Number.

Each Arrest form contains one Arrest Group. The Arrest Date and Arrest Time fields are required to validate the Arrest Form.

Each Arrest form contains the Offense group(s). While in the Statute Number field, click on the Import Citations button

to populate data from NTCs or ELCIS within the arrest case.

Each Arrest Form contains one Victim group. The fields within the group are shown in the figure below. If a company is cited, the Victim Type field must be Non-Individual which will disable the name fields. While in the Last Name field click the External Search button (If configured) to populate the databar then highlight individual.

Each Arrest form contains one Plaintiff group. The Court name field is filtered based off the County field in the location fields. The fields within the group are shown in the figure below.
