Voided ELCI Citations

All UTC Citations (ELCI in TraCS) require transmission including voided citations. Per State Statute Chapter Trans 114. https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/code/admin_code/trans/114.pdf

The DMV can audit these citations at any time. 114.04

In June of 2024, Voided ELCI forms will no longer Archive giving an error message. Also at that time unless set up all voided citations will skip going to the RMS.

The Badger TraCS Hosted Environment automatically transmits all voided ELCI’s immediately. No longer needing the Accepted Status.

A voided citation cannot be placed on Hold.
