Modify Thumb Drive End-Shift Method

If you use USB to transmit your start-shift/end-shift data and need to modify settings related to USB, you will need to update these instructions.
Expand Transmission: ToUSBEndShift.
Select ExportToUSB
Check the Active box to mark this transmission method as active or remove the checkmark to deactivate the instruction.
Click the Communication Options Tab.
Enter the drive letter and mailbox folder to be used with the USB Flash Drive.
Note: In the screenshot we used the F: drive. The actual driver letter for your flash drive may vary from the above and from machine to machine. To avoid confusion, instruct TraCS users always insert the flash drive in the same port.
Expand Transmission: FromUSBEndShift.
Select ImportFromUSB
Check the Active box to mark this transmission method as active or remove the checkmark to deactivate the instruction.
Click the File Options Tab.
Enter the drive letter and mailbox folder to be used with the USB Flash Drive.
Note: In the screenshot we used the F: drive. The actual driver letter for your flash drive may vary from the above and from machine to machine. To avoid confusion, instruct TraCS users always insert the flash drive in the same port.
Note: We recommend using a tracs\Mailbox sub-folder on the flash drive to separate TraCS data files from other files that may be on the flash drive. TraCS will automatically create this folder on the flash drive as needed.
