How to Archive a Form


To archive a form

  1. Open the Forms Manager 

  2. Highlight the form or forms to Archive.

  3. Click the Archive button in the Data Transfer ribbon menu.

  4. The form has been archived and will disappear from the grid.

NOTE: There are two fields populated in the Header field for the form when you click the Archive button:

  • ArchiveFlag--This field becomes checked to flag the form as archived.

  • ArchiveDate--This field is populated with the current date when you archive a form.
