How to Unarchive a Form

Unarchiving moves TraCS forms out of the TraCS archive and into the office database. Unless you need to edit a form, unarchiving is unnecessary in TraCS.  You can print email, and view archived forms.

To un-archive a form

1. Open the Forms Manager

2. Highlight the form or forms to Archive.

3. Click the Unarchive button in the Data Transfer ribbon menu.

4. The form has been unarchived and will disappear from the grid. You can now modify the form in the current database.
