Increased Field Size: Agency Space
The Agency Space field size was increased on all Badger TraCS Forms. This was done to ensure all the information was readable on the form. The Agency Space on printed reports was not increased.
Officer RMS ID
A new field was added to each user profile. This field can be used to uniquely identify a user in an agency’s Records Management System (RMS).
Map Version Field Added to All Forms
Displays TLT map version used on that form. This field can be found in the Document Group of the form, towards the top of the form.
eCitation Button
The WIJIS button has been renamed eCitation. It can still be used to view forms transmitted through the eCitation System as before. The icon has also been updated.
On Behalf Of
Agencies may use the On Behalf Of feature to update their own tables with other agencies’ values. An example is another agency’s court and ordinance information.
