This adds a new Disposal group on every form chosen. This will also update any information in the form manager grid. Note: every form will get the exact same information This button will ask multiple questions and some question will prompt even more

• Disposition Type

• Disposition Date: Defaults to the current date

• Disposed by badger number: Defaults to the logged in person (Delete if the person checking out the evidence is not Law Enforcement)

• Witness Needed: No will skip the witness name and badge number fields and Yes will ask the witness name and badger number fields
