Evidence: Chain of Custody

This adds a new chain of custody group on every form chosen. This will also update any information in the form manager grid. Note: every form will get the exact same information This button will ask multiple questions and some question will prompt even more

• Transfer type: Determines if the 3 location fields are asked. Temporary or permanent storage types only

• Storage Location: This question is only asked when going into permanent or temporary storage. (This is an agency table)

• Received By: Defaults to the logged in person
