Evidence: Add to Inventory

Add to Inventory

Add to Inventory

After the property gets into the evidence room it gets handed off to an evidence technicians and they have the right to put in into inventory. This can be completed on more than one form at a time by highlighting all the forms for each piece of evidence and hitting Add to Inventory button. This will set the form disposition by looking at the last chain of custody entered on the form and locking the form down preventing the data from being modified. Some areas of the form can be modified but only by people with Evidence Supervisor access rights.

Once a form is added to inventory the forms manager grid starts populating 3 fields making it easier to manage the evidence.
