How to Modify Individual Fields that Were Auto Defaulted


The individual group has many fields. Based on what is chosen for the unit level some of the fields disable and/or default. 95% of the time these defaults will be correct, but some of the time you might want to change the value. To change the default, do the following.

  1. Open a Crash form

  2. If the form is not new click Edit Form Button to put the form in Edit Mode.

  3. Navigate to the Individual Group you need to modify

  4. Click Individual on the Crash ribbon.

  5. All fields in the Individual Group will enable.

    1. Note: there are three Toggle Field Mode buttons in the Crash ribbon, turning on one will turn off the others.

  6. Fill out all the needed fields

  7. Click Individual on the Crash ribbon, to disable the fields again.
