Working with Non-Domesticated Animal w/ No Injury Crashes

On 1/1/2017 the deer crash form went away and was combined with the full crash form. More requirements were added to the form. I.e. vehicles are now required. If more information needs to be filled in or the crash contains injuries/fatalities/drugs or alcohol please complete a full crash.

• Entering any injuries or killed totals will revert the form back to a Standard Crash.
