Incident Form

Use of the Incident form in TraCS allows for the DSP to complete required Wisconsin Incident Based Reporting System (WIBRS) reporting, as well the as routing of criminal case content to the District Attorney’s offices for potential charging/prosecution. Use of the Incident form can also satisfy a number of additional reporting requirements.
