Guides, manuals and instructions in the use of the TraCS Incident form for Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) through the Wisconsin Incident Based Reporting System (WIBRS) and are maintained in a number of different locations.
DSP’s TraCS Unit maintains Incident form information as part of their Badger TraCS User Guide.
The Wisconsin DOJ maintains guides and training information under the IBR heading in the following location: Training - Wisconsin UCR
An Incident Form Manual is available in TraCS by pressing the F2 (help) button when in the Police Number field of the Incident form.
As with other TraCS forms, field by field guidance for the Incident form is also available by pressing the F2 (help) button while in any of the Incident form fields.
