Search All TraCS forms by License Plate Field

When TraCS is in an online mode you are able to search all of the WSP forms created in TraCS since 2016. When using the Custom tab of the Search box a user can search all forms by License Plate

To perform this search, complete the following steps.

1. Click Clear on the initial Search Screen. (Clears out any previous search parameters)

2. Set the Data Source to All. (This will search all forms. If Data Source is left at current, it will only search the current and previous year)

3. Select the Custom Tab.

4. Scroll Down and select Vehicle Plate Number

5. Enter the plate in the Search Value box.

6. Click Search
