There are 2 forms in the TraCS Suite that are owned by the DOJ,

• UFAD (Use of Force and Arrest Related Death: UFAD

• Incident: Incident Form

  • To submit UCR/WIBRS data to the DOJ using the TraCS Incident form, contact the Bureau of Justice Information and Analysis.  You must go through the certification process with them.
