Users/User Defaults/Groups

Hosted agencies cannot manage users in configuration manager, you must provide user changes to help desk electronically.

Non-hosted agencies can manage their users under the users tab

User Editor

  • allows configuration of your users at your agency.

    • show how to search

    • Show how to copy user

    • Show how to apply changes

    • No distribution needed for web services agencies

User Groups

  • Should only have one and it should be your All group. You should not need to change these settings

User Defaults

  • User defaults

    • Setting user defaults are recommended within TraCS, not configuration manager

      • if having issues with default, can further modify them or delete them in the configuration manager.
