Managing Court Tables

System Administrators in TraCS have the permissions to manage tables, this includes managing your agency’s court tables.

4 parts to managing court tables

Needs to be completed from top to bottom within the violations tab. Otherwise will not work

Courts

  • Used to make only certain courts available to choose.

  • Used to assign schedules and appointments to specific court

Court Schedules

  • Holds specific court appointments.

  • You can have multiple court schedules that hold different court appointments

  • show how to add a court schedule

Blackout Dates

  • Blackout dates are to block the ability to select a court appointment on a specific date.

  • Needs to be entered before the court appointments

  • Show how to add a blackout date

Court Appointments

  • Allows your agency to pick from a list of available pre-determined court appointments

  • Need to have schedule and court setup prior

  • Show how to add court appointments
