System Administrators in TraCS have the permissions to manage tables, this includes managing your agency’s court tables.
4 parts to managing court tables
Needs to be completed from top to bottom within the violations tab. Otherwise will not work
Courts
Used to make only certain courts available to choose.
Used to assign schedules and appointments to specific court
Court Schedules
Holds specific court appointments.
You can have multiple court schedules that hold different court appointments

Blackout Dates
Blackout dates are to block the ability to select a court appointment on a specific date.
Needs to be entered before the court appointments
