This report requires the following to show in the print list

• Fatality in the Summary Section

This report requires fields to be filled out prior to printing fully. An error message box will appear if the crash form is missing data.

• An individual with a fatal injury

• Location County

• Location Municipality

• Location On/At Street or Highway

• Date of Crash

• Time of Crash

• Individuals missing from the Crash

• Killed Individual Name

• Killed Individual Date of Birth

• Killed Individual Date of Death

• Killed Individual Seat position
