ELCI Inventory Control Form Tips

TraCS has ways to tell what citations are installed on a computer along determining how many of those are still available on that computer

1. Finding the form. Use the Search article Finding ELCI Inventory Forms

2. Never Archive an Inventoried form.

   1. It will not auto-install from the archive database

3. Always Archive Depleted and Installed forms

   1. Only needed for informational purposes

   2. clogs up the forms manager if not archived.

4. The form Description shows was was installed and what is left in inventory

   1. Installed 100 citations on machine 501
