State Crime Lab Report

A report that incudes multiple evidence forms and one incident form. Incident form data fields include the state statutes, subjects, victims, officer-in-charge, location and illumination information.  Evidence form data fields include the tests to run along with every evidence piece being sent to the lab for testing.

• Evidence Supervisor Access right (only evidence custodians)

• Need one Incident and 1 or multiple Evidence forms.
