Task 3.7: Implement Court Date Selector
Purpose: Enables court date and time to be selected from a drop down list when completing a citation form.
Requirements: TraCS Office computer, web client and system admin account, knowledge of your courts’ schedule.
Choose the most appropriate option for your agency from the alternatives listed below.
Alternative A: Perform Task 3.7(a) if your court does not have a web interface to be used for scheduling court appointments. This is the more common scenario.
Alternative B: Perform Task 3.7(b) if your court has a web interface to be used for scheduling court appointments. This is less common. Refer to Integration Package for information on web interface requirements for the court.
