Forms on Hold Summary

Purpose: Listing of all forms on hold in the agency.

Audience: Managers/Supervisors/Officers

Needed Access rights: ‘Supervisor’

NOTE: if you are running the report but do not have access to view all forms in your agency you will only see a subset.

  • AVAILABLE JUNE 2024

To Run

  1. Pick the Forms on Hold from the list

  3. Click Submit

  4. View/Print/Export Report

Statuses included in the report

  • OPEN

  • VALIDATED

  • REJECTED

  • ISSUED

  • TRANSMITTED

  • COMPLETED

  • OTHER (anything else)
