Needed Access rights: ‘Supervisor’

To Run

1. Pick the Incident and Time Summary(Time/Day) from the list

2. Open

   

3. Enter the Beginning and ending Date Occurred

   Open

   

4. User can filter by

   1. different citation types (remove any you do not wish to see)

      Open

      

5. Click Submit

6. View/Print/Export Report
