Most of the buttons which impact Parking Tickets are located on the Citations tab.

Parking Ticket Paid

 

Once a ticket has been issued, sent a First Notice or Final Notice printed the ticket can be paid. Highlighting the ticket in Forms Manager and clicking the Parking Ticket Paid button allows the entering of the amount paid. Once paid the form will have a Completed status. This can also be done with the form open.

 

 

 

Opening a Paid Parking Ticket shows PAID in the upper right-hand corner. Also, the Paid field will say Yes along with the Parking Amount field showing the amount paid.

Add Overdue Fee

 

Agencies should have preconfigured with a dollar amount used for overdue tickets. This amount will be added to the initial fine amount once the “Add Overdue Fee” button is used. The Deposit/Bail field will show the initial fine amount but the Parking Amount field will show the total amount. The Parking Amount is what shows on the First and Final notices.

To update the amount due open the form and click the Edit Form button. Click the Citations tab then “Add Overdue Fee” button. See instructions for how this button works.

 

DOT Suspend or Refuse Registration

 

Manually changes the Form Disposition/Status of a ticket to “Suspend”, “Refuse” or “Suspend and Refuse”.

 

TVRP Case Number

 

Can manually enter the TVRP number assigned to the ticket, you can do this in Suspend or Refused dispositions

 

Remove Suspend/Refusal

 

Once the full amount due on all unpaid tickets are accomplished use the Remove Suspension/Refusal button to enter the amount paid which will change the Form Disposition/Status to Satisfied
