Purpose: Listing of all Contacts (Contact Summary Form) within a date range. Grouped by Officer and Date.

Audience: Managers/Supervisors

Needed Access rights: ‘Supervisor’

To Run

  1. Pick the Daily Log from the list

  3. Enter the Beginning and ending Date Occurred

  4. Click Submit

  5. View/Print/Export Report
