Originally they wanted a repot off the crash form for a towing supplement report. After discussion they decided a inventory of towed vehicles was needed and eventually decided on Vehicle Custody

Thousands of vehicles are towed every year.

Does this project replace an existing form or system?

No, most agencies have a pdf form

What other options besides TraCS were considered?

A report instead of a full form, but the FAC members felt a need to keep a record.

Why is TraCS the best Alternative for this project?

It is easy to link the Towing Custody form to other forms and auto-populate the data needed.

Does this project require modifications to TraCS baseline software or upgrade to a new version?
