NTC: Spanish Courtesy Copy

After the Violator Report has been printed, other report types may also be printed. The Spanish Courtesy Copy is one of the additional available reports. The Spanish Courtesy Copy must be accompanied by a copy of the Violator Report which is the official citation as required under Wisconsin Legislature: 345.11(5) to be deemed adequate process to give the appropriate court jurisdiction over the person upon the filing with or transmitting to the court of the non traffic citation.
