How to change Outlook navigation

 

 

Go to File

Choose Options

Go to Advanced tab and Uncheck this box

Click OK. You will be prompted to restart Outlook

Once restarted you will notice the Outlook icons are now on the bottom. You can click on the three dots and choose Navigation Options

 

Uncheck Compact Navigation
