How to set Up Click to Call

How to set up Click to Call feature in MiCollab

Open the MiCollab Client

Click on your name: 

Open

Choose Configuration from the drop down:

Open

Then highlight the Click to Call option.  Check the box for Click to Call Settings and select a Hot Code.  We suggest using a number and not an F-Key as the F-Keys also are Hot Keys in MACH.   Click OK or Apply to apply the setting.
