Field Entries: Each Offense Code that has been entered onto an eSP4500 counts as one eSP4500 non-criminal with two exceptions.
Offense Codes that are excluded from being counted as eSP4500 non-criminal:
Criminal misdemeanor or felony offenses
All Offense Codes from categories that begin with “T-“ indicating that the violations are also recorded on the traffic enforcement forms within TraCS (prevents double counting)
