Form Status:  Completed or Transmitted (excluding Voided) - requires forms to have passed all validation rules.

Field Entries: For the Non-Traffic Citations (NTC) only civil charges not marked for routing to the District Attorney are counted. This is to prevent double counting of criminal offenses that are already captured in eSP4500 totals.
